  • Inwall IWS105

Subwoofers. We love what they do for movies and music but hate the way they look. Proficient has the answer: the IWS105 in-wall subwoofer. The IWS105 mounts flush like an in-wall speaker. How can we get its big 10-inch pulp-fiber woofer to fit in a 3½-inch-deep wall cavity? By moving the powerful neodymium magnet to the front. To power the IWS105, use our M3 subwoofer amp. The M3 goes in your equipment rack and connects with in-wall speaker cable. To get tighter bass and minimize transmission of sound into other rooms, add the BB-IWS10 back box. No matter how you set it up, the IWS-10's 36 Hz response and 250-watt power handling ensure you'll get great bass. Includes Thin-Bezel Grilles held by Neo Magnets.

  • FS8 Dual Driver Sub

The FS8 is the perfect subwoofer for places where you never thought you could use a subwoofer. Like bedrooms, designer living rooms and home offices. At less than 14 inches on its longest side, the FS8 can easily hide behind couches, sit under end tables or nestle in a corner. Yet there’s nothing tiny about the FS8’s performance. We gave it an 8-inch composite driver with an extra-wide surround to increase the cone excursion, which dramatically increases deep bass power. We powered the driver with a 200-watt Class D amp, and added an 8-inch passive radiator to reinforce the deepest bass notes. The result is a minisub with serious slam—and a fast, musical sound that’ll thrill both audiophiles and action-movie fans.

  • FS10 Dual Driver Sub

We know a lot of people want great bass but don’t want to spoil the look of their living room with a big subwoofer. That’s why we built the FS10. It’s got enough muscle to shake the floor, and enough finesse to please demanding audiophiles, yet it’s so small it can go unnoticed even in most bedrooms. We started with a 10-inch driver that has an extra-wide surround that increases the cone excursion—which means it moves a lot more air and makes a lot more deep bass. A 250-watt RMS Class D amp powers the driver, and a 10-inch passive radiator reinforces the lowest notes. The result is a 10-inch sub with more than +10 dB extra deep bass output than our previous model.

  • FS12 Dual Driver Sub

When we designed the FS12, we wanted it to beat every sub we’ve ever made—and not just by a few dB. We’re confident that when you hear how the FS12 can shake the couch with deep bottom end, while also pulling out every little bass detail in even the most delicate music recordings, you’ll be totally blown away. How’d we do it? Sheer muscle. The FS12 has a 12-inch composite driver with an extra-wide surround that lets the cone move further and produce more output. It’s driven by a 300-watt Class D amp—and that’s RMS, not the “peak power” rating many subs use. A passive radiator reinforces the deep bass and keeps the size down to less than 17 inches on the sub’s longest side.
